Job Role :

  • Ensure customer requests / complaints are attended and resolved within the standard time.
  • Ensure the company's products and services are promoted.
  • Assist the team in managing the service standard.
Your Profile :
  • Successfully completed the G.C.E. A/L examination.
  • Age below 24 years.
  • Must be a team player with good communication skills.
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala or Tamil and English.
  • Previous work experience in customer service or call center will be an added advantage.
