Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for merchant acquiring and partnerships to support credit and debit volume targets monthly and annually.
- Organize promotions for credit and debit cards to support the volume target of the business.
- Responsible for commission income target under annual EPP volume.
- Assist on other Seylan products like Seylan Senior Citizens and high net worth propositions.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials to achieve the sales center's business objectives.
- Plan the activities and actions to support the activation of credit and debit cards.
The Person :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or a financial institution.
- The ideal candidate will need Five (05) Credits at GCE Ordinary Level examination including Mathematics and English and Four (04) Passes at GCE Advanced Level examination including General English.
- Smart, intelligent and with a pleasing personality.
- You should be a team player, with good communication skills in English.
- Be literate in IT with proficiency in English /Tamil languages.
» Selected candidates will be offered a Fixed Term Contract of employment with an attractive remuneration package.
✥ Overdue loans and other debts must be managed and coordinated by a Coordinator of Recoveries in a bank. Their responsibilities encompass keeping an eye on past-due accounts, communicating with clients to arrange installment plans, and collaborating with legal departments to launch legal proceedings when required. In addition, they keep thorough records, produce reports on the status of recovery efforts, and guarantee that recovery procedures adhere to pertinent laws and bank guidelines. For this position, strong organizational, negotiating, and communication abilities are required.
