This role would enable you to provide valuable assistance in areas such as data management, process optimization, employee record maintenance & HRIS administration, reviewing policies, procedures to maintain a strong and compliant organizational culture, compliance framework by conducting regular audits and duties related to the overall HR functions.
Key Responsibilities :

- Providing valuable assistance in areas such as data management, process optimization, employee record maintenance & HRIS administration.
- Duties related to the overall HR functions such as Employee Relations, Human Resource Development, Recruitment.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Final Year Undergraduate related to the field of Business Management or Human Resources Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Leadership skills.
- Computer Literacy.
✥ You will assist the HR department with a variety of tasks as a Human Resources Intern, such as hiring, onboarding, and managing employee records. Among the duties are organizing interviews, performing preliminary screenings, and helping to prepare HR documentation.
