Position Available :
  1. HR Business Partner - Sales Operation
»  We are looking for a professionally qualified HR officer to serve as a HR Business Partner for our Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborating with the Sales Department to achieve business goals and develop an HR support system with the assistance of the HR team.
  • Developing and executing retention strategies to minimize turnover in the Sales Department.
  • Being responsible for arranging and conducting Sales Interviews as per requirements.
  • Ensuring that adequate Sales infrastructure facilities are provided as per industry standards.
  • Coordinating Training and Development and the Performance Appraisal process with the HRD Department and providing necessary support and guidelines to the Sales Team.
  • Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a healthy work environment with the support of the Corporate HR team, and developing the counselling process.
  • Taking responsibility for initiating the best health and safety standards and programs for the sales staff.
Qualifications And Attributes :
  • Bachelor's degree in management/HRM or relevant professional qualifications in HRM or Business Management.
  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, preferably in a sales-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to align them with HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
