The welfare and development of plantation communities is the focus of the Plantation Human Development Trust (PHDT) in Sri Lanka. The PHDT was founded with the goal of improving the living conditions of plantation workers by addressing issues related to health, education, housing, and general living. The trust works in partnership with government organizations, plantation owners, and other interested parties to carry out sustainable development initiatives that guarantee the welfare and self-determination of plantation communities throughout the nation.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • G.C.E. A/L
  • Diploma in IT.
  • Computer application.
  • Knowledge of Computer and Network troubleshooting.
  • MS office package.
  • capability of preparing Reports.
  • handling database & correspondence.
  • record keeping etc.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the similar capacity.

  • preferably below 30 years.
