Job Functions :

  • Handle General Insurance Claims.
  • Address all customer inquires.
  • Deliver and exception customer service.

Qualifications And Experience :

  • GCE 0/L and GCE A/L
  • Should be flexible to work on roster basis, both from office and from home.
  • Team Player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Should be a Computer Literate.
  • School Leaver's are encouraged to apply.

✥ In order to guarantee effective and efficient service delivery, a call center's daily operations must be monitored by a call center operations officer. Among the main responsibilities are supervising call center employees, keeping an eye on performance indicators, and putting plans in place to increase output and client happiness. In this position, quality assurance standards are upheld, escalated customer issues are handled, and training programs are coordinated. In an effort to streamline procedures and further the call center's overarching objectives, the operations officer also examines data to spot patterns and potential areas for development.
