Job Summary :

A Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering and updating various types of data into computer systems and databases. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, as well as the ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently. The Data Entry Operator is required to collect the daily production updates from the production and input it into the templates provided by the management.

Requirements :

• Inputting data from Production into computer databases, Completing Daily Factory Maintenance Check List Forms, and filing the data daily to maintain records.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entries
• Updating and maintaining data in a timely manner.
• Assisting with generating reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

• Minimum O/L or A/L Qualifications Ability to read and write in English, Sinhala and or Tamil
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using office software, such as MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
