Job Role

  • Assist the sales and operations teams to deliver high level of service standards.
  • Handling of customer inquiries, driving towards generating business.
  • Assist the CRM function and support handling and resolving of customer complaints.

The person

  • Should possess "C" passes for Mathematics and English at GCE O/L examination.
  • 2 passes (excluding English) at GCE A/L examination.
  • Age of 24 years or below.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Language skills in Sinhala or Tamil and English.
  • Possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with Call Centre experience will have an added advantage.
