Job Role
- Assist the sales and operations teams to deliver high level of service standards.
- Handling of customer inquiries, driving towards generating business.
- Assist the CRM function and support handling and resolving of customer complaints.
The person
- Should possess "C" passes for Mathematics and English at GCE O/L examination.
- 2 passes (excluding English) at GCE A/L examination.
- Age of 24 years or below.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Language skills in Sinhala or Tamil and English.
- Possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with Call Centre experience will have an added advantage.
