JOB ROLE :
- Attending to all administration and finance departments' routine clerical work.
- Attending to the general clerical duties and responsibilities.
- Keeping the office clean and tidy.
- Attending to all other work is assigned by the management.
- Handling and coordinating general office administration work.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of one-year experience is required.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Covid-19 Fully Vaccinated.
