JOB ROLE :

  • Attending to all administration and finance departments' routine clerical work.
  • Attending to the general clerical duties and responsibilities.
  • Keeping the office clean and tidy.
  • Attending to all other work is assigned by the management.
  • Handling and coordinating general office administration work.
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed.
  • At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum of one-year experience is required.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Covid-19 Fully Vaccinated.
