Job responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and resolve their complaints/clarifications.
  • Ensure excellent levels of customer service are delivered to all customers.
  • Should be disciplined and a team player and ability to work in dynamic environments.
  • Introducing our services to new prospective clients.
  • Social media handling. Email writing and complaints handling.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure and fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to work in shift basis (weekends and evening times).

Attribute and Qualifications

  • Good command of spoken and written in three languages (Sinhala, Tamil, English)
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply with G.C.E Ordinary Level/ Advanced Level
  • Previous experience in Call Centre. BPO, Customer service industry will be considered as an advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with positive attitude,
  • Should be nearest to Kirulapone City limits (Borella. Mount-Lv. Dehiwala, Colombo-04 and 06. Nugegoda, Narahenpita.Pettah, Slave island and etc.)
