📌 As we continue to grow, we are seeking a smart, dedicated, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Student Counsellor (Student Recruitment).

📋 Job Role & Responsibilities :

• Guide and assist students in choosing suitable educational programmes.
• Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide detailed course information and enrolment assistance.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain a student database.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for student recruitment campaigns.
• Represent the college at education fairs and other events.
• Support weekend student recruitment activities as required.

Requirements :

• GCE A/L qualified with a Diploma or Higher National Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity (counselling, marketing, or student services).
• Excellent communication skills in English and other local languages (Sinhala or Tamil).
• Age between 20 to 30 years.
• Willingness to work on weekends as needed.
• Prior experience in marketing or call center roles will be a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with new marketing tools and trends in the education industry is preferred.
• Must be residing in the Colombo district.
