Staff Assistant - Merchant Bank Job Vacancies

Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC (MBSL) is a well-established financial institution and a subsidiary of the Bank of Ceylon. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Staff Assistant - Technician.

Key Responsibilities :

• Repairing furniture, including replacing gas lifts, wheels, and mechanism plates of chairs.
• Changing cupboard locks and repairing drawers.
• Performing wall touch-ups and painting.
• Fixing broken items and general item repairs.
• Conducting premises maintenance assessments and reporting maintenance requirements.
• Completing other assigned tasks within the Support Services Department.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• G.C.E. O/L qualification.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of furniture repair and general maintenance work.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
