This position is responsible for managing the daily collection of payments and maintaining a healthy loan portfolio. This involves closely monitoring the collection of all customer transactions, ensuring adherence to established procedures, and and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
๐ This role requires a proactive approach in handling due payments while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
Candidate Profile :
- A Degree or Equivalent professional qualification from a recognized University/Professional body. Or
- Qualified in G.C.E. (A/L) with minimum 3 simple passes for main subjects and credit passes for English & Mathematics in G.C.E. (O/L) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the Banking or Finance Sector.
- Age should be below 28 years.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and Leadership skills.
- IT literacy.
- Good knowledge of Banking products, compliance & regulations.
- Ability to refer to policy and procedure when applying information and making decisions.
- Experience in developing collection/recovery operational & portfolio reports.
