To provide efficient reception and administrative support, ensuring excellent customer service to staff and clients of an Australian Group of Companies.

1. Reception

  • Answer calls promptly, courteously, and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain incoming and outgoing mailboxes related to Reception and Access Products.

2. Access Products

  • Manage keys, swipes, and remote ordering systems.
  • Process all orders where stock is held offsite.
  • Prepare management reports for invoiced orders.
  • Communicate with clients on order status and approvals.
  • Maintain updated order files to meet delivery KPIs.

3. Administration

  • Work with StrataMax and DocMax systems for extracting data and generating reports.
  • Prepare records for handover of properties to new management companies.
  • Run reports, manage files, and save documents as needed.
  • Assist Contracts Administrator with DocuSign contract processes.
  • Undertake administrative projects as required.

  • Passed G.C.E. A/L
  • 2–3 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good IT skills including MS Office packages.
  • Excellent written and oral English skills.
