2️⃣ Chief Manager - Internal Audit

📌 We are hiring a Chief Manager – Internal Audit to strengthen internal controls and ensure robust audit procedures across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review systems and ensure policy and internal control compliance.
• Conduct internal audits, risk mitigation, and investigation reports.
• Draft and review BAC committee reports.
• Oversee audit team performance, training, and coordination.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Education & Experience :

• Fully qualified in CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA.
• Bachelor's degree (UGC-recognized) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in audit/operations at Manager/Senior Manager level.
• Prior experience in the Banking or Finance industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with LFC regulatory and auditing standards.

Required Skills :

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Sinhala.
• Ability to travel islandwide.
• Good leadership and team collaboration skills.

• Ensure compliance with legal and GRC frameworks.
• Guide on privacy-by-design and DPIAs.
• Respond to data subject rights and maintain secure data handling practices.

Requirements :

• Degree in a relevant field; Master’s or certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, etc.) are advantages.
• 5+ years' experience in data protection, legal compliance, or risk assessment.
• Sound understanding of PDPA, CBSL, and other frameworks.
• Strong collaboration across legal, compliance, and IT teams.
