✔ We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Customer Support Department. This is a unique opportunity for those with strong mathematical and logical reasoning skills, professional English communication abilities, and a willingness to work early morning hours in a remote work setup.

Key Responsibilities :
- Be available to work from 5:00 AM each working day.
- Provide Tier-1 Support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot basic product issues and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to resolve user queries.
- Uphold customer service standards and contribute to a positive support experience.
Qualifications :
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn software tools.
- Professional level of spoken English.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to consistently start work at 5:00 AM.
- Formal degree not required - we prioritize skill, attitude, and work ethic.
