🔎 Banking Process Associate (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Responsibilities :

• Carry out tasks assigned by the bank in alignment with its goals and corporate plan.
• Collaborate with branch teams to meet daily and routine objectives.
• Assist customers in transitioning from traditional banking services to digital platforms.
• Work with different departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Applicant Requirements :

• Age below 28 years.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Banking, or Finance from a recognized university.
• Qualification in Customer Relationship Management will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking sector or a financial institution.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented individual with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and business excellence focus.
• Ability to handle stress effectively, multitask, and demonstrate flexibility.
• Proven competence in interpersonal, analytical, financial, marketing, and problem-solving skills.
• High computer literacy for efficient performance in a digital banking environment.
