Job Responsibilities :
- Identify customer requirements by actively engaging with them.
- Enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership of diverse requests and seeking opportunities to add value.
- Maintain a pleasant and friendly attitude toward customers.
- Handle outbound calls efficiently.
- Clarify customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client issues to maximize collections and support recovery functions.
Person Specifications :
- Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
- Candidates should be under 30 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Prior experience as a call center agent in a similar field is an added advantage.
- Preferably residing in the Colombo area.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
