Job Responsibilities :
  • Identify customer requirements by actively engaging with them.
  • Enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership of diverse requests and seeking opportunities to add value.
  • Maintain a pleasant and friendly attitude toward customers.
  • Handle outbound calls efficiently.
  • Clarify customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of client issues to maximize collections and support recovery functions.
Person Specifications :
  • Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
  • Candidates should be under 30 years of age.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Prior experience as a call center agent in a similar field is an added advantage.
  • Preferably residing in the Colombo area.
