Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Educational Qualifications :

• G.C.E. O/L: Passed 6 subjects in one sitting with:

  • Minimum 5 “B” passes including Mathematics and Sinhala/Tamil

  • A “C” pass in English

• G.C.E. A/L: 3 “B” passes in one sitting (excluding General English)

Age Limit :

• Between 18 to 22 years as of 23rd May 2025

• Date of Birth must fall between 24th May 2003 – 23rd May 2007 (inclusive)

Selection Procedure :

• Competitive Examination by Department of Examinations – Sri Lanka:

  1. General Intelligence – 1 hour (100 marks)

  2. Numerical Skills – 1 hour (100 marks)

  3. Comprehension – 1 hour (100 marks)

• Followed by Interview(s)

Terms & Benefits

• Training Period: 2 years

• Allowance: Rs. 65,000 per month (fixed)

• Post-Training:

  • May be absorbed into Management Assistant Class Grade I (1)
