Requirements :

G.C.E (O/L) with 3 years of experience OR
G.C.E (A/L) with 3 passes and 2 years of experience
Part qualification in Banking, Marketing, Credit Management is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure smooth operation of the Fixed Deposit (FD) process
Handle documentation with accuracy and ensure timely transactions and payments
Manage customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Deliver excellent customer service
Achieve monthly targets assigned by the management
