Key Responsibilities :

All operational & compliance responsibilities related to gold loans.
Initiate and execute all business development activities of gold loan operations.
Maintaining a quality portfolio of gold loans.
Consistent focus on gold loan NPL controls.

Key Attributes and Experience :

Successful completion of the G.C.E. A/L examination.
Experience in the gold loan/pawning industry will be an added advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to perform in a challenging working environment.
