๐ Officer/ Executive - Call Center Operations (General Insurance Head Office)
Each Call Centre Officers will be a part of the highly motivated team who wishes to serve customers in an effective and efficient manner.
✨ The selected candidates will be assigned to answer incoming calls of customers & to assist them with accidents, inquiries, assessments & complaints.
The Role :
- Obtain accurate details of the accident & update the system.
- Allocation of damage appraisers and carry out follow up calls.
- Handle & resolve customer inquiries & complaints.
The Profile :
- Passed G.C.E. Advance Level. Males Preferred. Age below 28 years.
- Willingness to work on a shift / WFH and rotation basis.
- Very clear & pleasant voice.
- Good communication skills both Sinhala & English and ability to communicate in Tamil would be a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to listen and understand the customer and ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in teams and Computer literate.
- Part qualification in Insurance exams would be a distinct advantage.
