Customer Care Supervisor :

• Passed GCE A/L.
• Professional qualification in marketing will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil with a basic conversational knowledge of English.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office, including MS Excel.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Pleasant communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute positively to the work environment.
• Prior experience will be an added advantage.

Customer Care Assistant :

• Passed GCE O/L with 6 subjects in one sitting.
• Proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil with basic conversational English skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in MS Office, including MS Excel.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
