Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Identify customer requirements by actively engaging with them.
Enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership of diverse requests and seeking opportunities to add value.
Maintain a pleasant and friendly attitude toward customers.
Handle outbound calls efficiently.
Clarify customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Ensure prompt resolution of client issues to maximize collections and support recovery functions.

Person Specifications :

Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
Candidates should be under 30 years of age.
Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil are an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Prior experience as a call center agent in a similar field is an added advantage.
Preferably residing in the Colombo area.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
