Responsibilities :

Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns or refunds.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

What We’re Looking For :

Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Tech-savvy with good typing speed and familiarity with CRM tools.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
