🔎 Employment Type : Trainee/Associate

Responsibilities :

• Assist in annual performance evaluations, KPI setting and mid-year reviews.
• Plan and organise pre and post-training arrangements, including logistics, participant feedback, and issuing certificates.
• Conduct monthly induction sessions for both managerial and non-managerial staff, ensuring comprehensive coverage for all new hires.
• Compile and prepare monthly summary reports on training activities and budget utilisation.
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on training feedback, participant attendance and certification.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR operational tasks.

Requirements :

• Reading a BSc Degree or Professional Qualifications in HRM from a recognised University/Institution.
• Candidates who have completed an HR internship at a reputed organization, as well as individuals with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office packages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
