Requirements :

GC.E.(A/L) qualification.
Conversant in English language.

✥ A customer care assistant is in charge of offering assistance and support to clients, responding to their questions, fixing problems, and making sure they have a good experience with the business. Frequently, their responsibilities involve taking orders, processing complaints, processing emails or live chats, processing phone calls, and keeping track of customers. For this position, you must have excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities. In order to help customers and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty, a customer care assistant also needs to be informed about the company's goods and services.
