- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Passed G.C.E A/L Examination.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the relevant field.
- Computer literacy is a must. (Microsoft office, Internet & Email).
- Familiarity with administrative duties and know-how.
- Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
