HR Intern :
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, learn about recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR administration under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects (e.g., training sessions, employee engagement activities)
- Help administer employee benefits programs and support employee inquiries.
- Draft HR policies, procedures, and communications as directed.
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
- Assist in organizing HR events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Currently Pursuing A Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Humanities & Social Sciences Or A Related Field.
- Strong Interest In Pursuing A Career In Human Resources.\Basic Understanding Of HR Functions And Principles Is Preferred.
- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
- Detail-oriented With Strong Organizational Abilities.
- Proficient In Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Handle Sensitive Information Professionally.
- Hands-on Experience In A Professional HR Environment.
