The Person :
- Pleasing personality and able to work independently and in teams.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and taking initiatives.
- Customer service oriented and possessing the ability to identify changing customer needs.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision based on assigned shifts and rosters.
- Handle customer requirements via in-bound and out -bound calls.
- Follow-up on customer requests and provide feedback.
Qualifications :
- Passed GCE O/L Examination with credit passes in Mathermatics and English.
- Passed GCE A/L in one sitting.
- Strong Numerical skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to communicate in English and Sinhala /Tamil.
- Experience in health care operation is an added advantage.
- Age below 30 years.
