Job Requirements :
- be below 25 years of age.
- have passed the G.C.E. O/L examination with credit passes for English and Mathematics and should have sat the G.C.E. A/L examination
- be a hard worker.
- have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- have basic knowledge in Excel functions & computer and an interest in analysing data.
- flexibility to work night shifts and/or weekends on a roster basis.
- Conversant in Tamil.
- informing customers and potential customers of the Bank's products and services.
- cross-selling products and services over the phone to customers.
- listening to customer queries and handling them effectively.
- assisting in conducting surveys on customer satisfaction levels and resolving complaints.
