Call Center Agent :

  • Should be willing to work on roster basis
  • Manage all customer care queries efficiently and maintain records
  • Coordinate queries on retail operations assist customers with product information.

Requirements :

  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must with Sinhala / Tamil. Knowledge of Chinese language is an added advantage.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the field Customer care.
  • Pleasant personality with positive attitude.
» A call center agent responds to questions and concerns from clients by chat, email, or phone. Information provision, complaint resolution, order processing, and keeping track of client interactions are among their duties. In addition to having the ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining customer satisfaction and following company policies, they must possess strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
