Job Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk, directing them appropriately.
- Provide accurate and essential information in person, over the phone and via mail.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer care.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and
- presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and materials.
Person Specifications :
- Successfully completed the G.C.E Advanced Level Examination.
- Must be under 30 years of age.
- Possess a pleasant, enthusiastic personality with a strong dedication to the job.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
- Capable of working effectively.
