Key Job Role & Responsibilities :

• Responding to customer calls, emails and answering questions about products and services.
• Processing orders and ensuring they are fulfilled.
• Handling customer complaints or concerns.
• Performing general administrative tasks, such as copying and filling.
• Handling payments transactions.
• Adhering to a company’s policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers.
• Responsible to achieve the MBSL counter targets.
• Maintaining the relevant documentation process accurately (Internal and External) as per the given underwriting guidelines.

Profile :

• Passed inG. C. E. A/L
• Partial completion of a professional qualification in insurance from a recognized insurance body will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Sinhala & English language & Tamil language would be an added advantage.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office and other related computer systems/applications, facilitating accurate data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Capacity to work independently as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation, initiative, and accountability in completing assigned tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for effective relationship-building and rapport with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and resolution of issues encountered in day-to-day tasks and operations.
