Key Responsibilities :
Provide course information to students..
Respond to the incoming calls from students & record their questions, inquires.
Provide solutions to student's problems & issues.
Work with a computer system & prepare updated documents.
Work with social media accounts & engaging with users regularly (Facebook, WhatsApp).
Requirements :
Three "S" passes from Advanced Level examination.
Having 01 year of experience in a similar capacity.
Fresh school leavers also welcome.
Sound knowledge of computer literacy, Need basic knowledge of MS Office Packages.
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, Having a good command of English is an added advantage.
Ability to work on weekends.
