*Call center executives (motor claims division)
Qualifications :
G.C.E Ordinary Level (with “Credit” passes for English and Mathematics).
Computer Literacy.
Minimum 02 Years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Hands on experience in Avaya Call Centre System will be a distinct advantage.
Ability to communicate in Sinhala & English languages.
Ability to speak Tamil language will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work on shift basis (with two off days per week).
*Priority will be given to applicants close to Colombo.
