The ideal candidate should : 

• Be a male between 20-26 years of age.
• Possess a sound academic background with G.C.E. (A/L) 
• Following PQHRM or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Possess good verbal & written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Be computer literate with sound knowledge in MS Office Package.
• Be able to work under pressure in a challenging environment, proactive & familiar with team approach.
• Preference will be given to those who have previous experience in HR related activities in a factory environment & who have a passion to work in HR.
