Executive - Life Servicing - HNB Assurance PLC Job Vacancies 2022
Job Role :
Attending to Life Servicing daily work items including approvals.
Responsible for maintaining the Life Servicing pending ratio as per the stipulated SLAs.
Attending to Branch inquiries and customer inquiries.
Attending to MI requests.
Achievement of stipulated SLAs of the department.
Any other task/s assigned by the management.
Job Pre-Requisites :
Completion of G.C.E A/Ls.
Previous experience in Life Serving department will be an added advantage.
IFC or Insurance Diploma in SLII will be an added qualification.
